Directv not receiving satellite info?

my 4 tvs are not recieving any programming. I rebooted the main dvr in my livingroom and it gets up to the "recieving satellite info..." screen and it doesnt go past zero percent. what do i do?

i would call dirctv to see if they will help you. lets hope they don't have to go to your house to fix it. It may take a month before they get out there. my dvr receiver in the living room don't work they have to come out its going to take a month before they can come out which is tue Aug. 19. we had a really bad storm here about a month ago its the wires they have to replace.
