Disc wont open on computer???

Question

my dad just got a emachine t3656 computer that has vista basic. i made a disc [[on a different computer]] that has all my pics on it. and i know that the pics are on it because it shows up on other computers. but when i put it in this computer nothing happens. how do i get it to open in the computer??

Open Windows Explorer, then Double click the picture files in the CD.
