Discontinuation of LIC policy?

i have taken an LIC endowment policy, paid only the first half yearly premium of Rs. 6859, but now want to discontinue it...would I get any money back.?

Talk to your agent. He will help you.

However, the bigger question is why would you want to cancel your policy? If you are doing it for Service / Financial or Personal reasons, do share the same with your agent.

If I were you, I will quickly call my agent and write a mail to LIC about the decision.
