Discrimination in the grocery store?

Question

I was in the grocery store today, looking for spaghetti sauce. I eyed the shelves and couldn't find what I was looking for until I discovered that there is no longer anything called spaghetti sauce, but is instead called pasta sauce. Apparently, it is now very un-PC to call it spaghetti sauce. For years, there's been discrimination in the pasta world, assuming that this tomato flavores sauce is used only for spaghetti. What are your thoughts on this?

I doubt anyone went home crying about being discriminated against because a sauce was called "Spaghetti" sauce, none the less, I doubt any "pasta" felt bad about it not being called Pasta sauce..

My thoughts are...

Why change a long term name for the feelings of food? No one cared...

they do have to change things up,

get new labels, all the trademark stuff...

wow that's really lol! Your so funny. Yes, you are right actually, that is so wrong. My thoughts are that spaghetti and pasta are very similar and they should 'unite' instead of taking separate 'sides'. what i mean by this is that is should be called "PASGETTI!!"

Yesterday when I was driving and listening to the radio. The guy was talking about a new study on how you can tell if your toddler is racist. You can tell if they don't like foreign foods like Chinese, Mexican, Japanese, etc. I found it hilarious. Most two year olds don't like anything like that.

Spagetti is not any better than any other pastas..  why should it get its own sauce?  All the other pastas are just as good!
