Divorce issuse and courts?

How can i find out if my wife has filed for divorce ahead of time?? What courts can i call. will they give out this info ?? I live in the alameda county.........

call or go down to the court house.

Call the county seat and they will tell you where to check.

You will be served within a 48 hour period this is not something she can hide. nything she does through the courts has to be sent to you.

if she's filed i believe its required to notify you in a timely manner. call the office of family court, they can direct you.
