Arsenal’s http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Johan-Djourou-c18779 has admitted that he is thinking about his future and that he might be forced to leave the club, in order to salvage his career.
The Swiss international went on to sign a contract with the club, which saw him extend his stay with the team until 2015. As a result, many believe that he could be looking to make a loan move away from the club, in order to salvage his career.
The defender was benched by the Swiss team, only because of the fact that he didn’t have enough playing time this past season, which caused the national team to opt and play other defenders ahead of him instead.
With the likes of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Per-Mertesacker-c29680, all part of the team, it is going to be very hard for the defender to try and find his way back in the starting eleven.
It appears as though Djourou is aware of this fact, which has caused him to think so deeply about his future.
"My situation at http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Arsenal-c38429 is not easy," Djourou said, in a recent interview.
"I've never played so little and especially not in my own position. If an interesting offer comes, I'll look at it carefully."

The Swiss team’s coach, Ottmar Hitzfeld also feels the same way and thinks that the defender is wasting himself, by not looking to move elsewhere.

"If he wants to be selected, he must have some game time in the club. This is not the case at Arsenal," Hitzfeld told reporters.
Djourou now has the summers to impress and attract potential clubs, which could be interested in landing him.
However, the player could also try and prove himself at Arsenal, which could see him go against all the odds and work his way back into the starting eleven.
The defender has shown glimpses of what he is capable of in the past, but die to the lack of playing time that he gets, it’s very hard for him to try and prove a point.
Despite what anyone says, in the end, it is going to be down to Djourou to decide just what he wants to do with his career and whether he wants to move out of the club or not.
