  1. Rember most of these products are sold bt people with no medical training. Some products dont mix  with others . Alls big profits in that business ..


  2. I have no personal experience with this product. The Lanes company makes Olbas products which have a good reputation. Their website says Kalms contains Valerian,  Hops & Gentian. These herbs are known to help with "nervous exhaustion & stress disorders." If that is what you are seeking, it will probably help.
