Do Americas like the Australian accent?

im Australian and im wondering what you Americans think of the Aussie accent?

do we sound weird? someone once told me that we (Australians) sound like we have a cold all the time..?

No its hot. I dated an aussie girl before and her accent was just so s**y and cute.

I think we giggle at australian accents sometimes. But it's not because we dislike it. I think it does sound funny sometimes but only cause we're not used to it. For the most part, Americans seem to love Australian accents. (as well as British/Irish/French/Italian).

I personally enjoy rougher accents but that's really all just subjective.

I love it when the guys speak, its s**y much better then that dreaded boring british accent (no offense brits haha)

all the girl i know love australian accents. they are super s**y. regardless of what an australian looks like, the accents always make them more attractive.
