Do Black Mexican exist?

I been to Mexico a couple of time but I have never seen a Black Mexican.

Yes, they exist.  They primarily live along the Pacific coast in the states of Guerrero and Oaxaca.  I once went to the city of Zihuatanejo (in the state of Guerrero; it's about 250 km NW of Acapulco along the Pacific coast) and saw lots of blacks.

I remember one time me and some friends were sitting around.  One of them was black.  I told them that when I was in Mexico, I actually met black Mexicans.  The black friend turned furious, looked at me, and said very sternly "dark-skinned! Dark-skinned! Not black! Black means from Africa!"  I then looked at him and said, "yes, that's what I mean, Mexicans who are of African descent".  He didn't know what to say.

Only few places of Mexico you will see black people.  Not in big cities.  Only in La Costa Chica.

This is in the cost line of Guerrero State and Oaxaca State.

There is a little town between Guerrero and Oaxaca, called San Nicolas.

99 percent of this town are Afro Mexicans.

They also live in Guadalajara Jalisco. I know this because my co-worker (who's Mexican )  thought I was from there because I'm black and speak a little Spanish! Funny- I'm from Oakland!
