Do I have to lose weight?

I am 165cm tall and I weigh 55kg. I am a size 8 (australia) and I am a medium build. Should I lose some weight?

  1. Sounds fine to me if my conversions are right (5 foot 5 inches and 121 pounds for us Americans). Sounds actually skinny. I'm 5 foot 2 inches and when I was 115 ponds people still thought I was too skinny.

    Your BMI-or Body Mass Index is calculated through your height and your weight.

    your BMI on the BMI calculator is on 20.2 which means that you are a normal weight:

        *  Normal weight = 18.5-24.9

        * Overweight = 25-29.9

        * Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

    so no your dont have to lose weight i think your fine at the weight you are at.

  4. No Way! You sound perfectly healthy to me! If your really worried find out your BMI which is your Body Mass Index that tells you if your the right size and have the right weight according to your age and height! Hope that helps!!!
