Do I just talk to him?

I like this guy. Although I have never talked to him.

I can tell he is a good, caring, one woman man.

But he's not the approachable type.

How do I talk to him and not make a complete idiot out of myself?

As someone who has been called un approachable myself, the best advice for dealing with us :) is to just be there. We are unaproachable for some reason that is different for everyone. I myself, just don't like to talk a lot but I love listening to people. Just start being there. Figure a way to introduce yourself and then give it time talk to him en passe and wave at him. Friendships (or more) are built on small communication at first until trust is built.

Don't be scared. thats the worst thing you can do is worry. just be yourself. i know its what alot of people will say.. heyy just be yourself. but its true. i cant tell you how many times i started liking someone then find out she is a stupid fake. so just be yourself. find a good moment when your in a good mood. and he looks like hes in a good mood. and just kinda first bump into him so u guys can get a good look at each other. then jsut keep walking. after that when u see him next start talking small like hey sorry about runnin into u back there. whats your name. and start talkin that way. then ask him about eating lunch together and stuff and if he doesnt seem intersest then back off a little and give him time. he will come to u. first impressions r the best

since u havent talked to him u should just start off by giving him a flirty smile when u see him....then, just go on and say hi or ask hima  simple question as in "do u know what time it is" act really confident when u see and talk to him guys really like that
