Do Relay calls cost money?

Someone just called me through a relay thing and i was just wondering how much it costs for me to talk to them. Its the middle of the week and it is before 7. How much does it cost if it even cost money at all?

Im pretty sure TDD relay calls are free of charge.

Relay calls are a free service for hard of hearing and deaf people.  Whatever you are currently paying to receive phone calls, is what it will cost you to receive a relay call.  That means, for most people on land-line, it is free.  For cells, it depends on your package.

you just loose minutes. That is the only cost that I know.
