I recently clicked on an advertisement for a free hollister giftcard. Does it actually come in the mail?

  1. You should get, I got a free gift card from forever 21, but it took forever to come in th mail. Just keep checking your mail.

  2. It probably will. Just realize that your free gift card may come in an envelope that might not look like Hollister.

It could look like trashy advertising. You may have to open a bunch of foldered ads to find the page with your card.

It could be in a plain white envelope with a return company name something like MBC Corp. and some address you never heard of. That's because these things are often managed by marketing companies (they all seem to use three initials as their name).

But maybe not. They give away the cards to get you in the stores and buying their stuff. And to get info about you so they can make more money off you.

Anyway, look carefully at every bit of mail you get for the next couple of months. It should arrive. Have fun with it!

  3. If you gave them the correct address, you are supposed to get it.  You are right to be skeptical.  Lots of scammers promise free stuff just to get your personal information which they can resell. /
