Do box turtles shed their skin?

i am just wondering if they shed because our box turtle has a film over her eyes.

great website below on box turtle care.  personally, if it were my turtle, i would take it to a vet to find out what was wrong.

i just read your previous question.  so the turtle is wild-caught, that explains a lot.  you should not have kept the turtle.  wild-caught turtles do not make good pets.  please take it back to the same area that you found it and release it, after you take it to a vet to fix whatever you did to the turtle.
