I still wear pantyhose about four or five times a week.  Makes my legs look and feel great.  =)

for business/formalwear, yes. Otherwise, you'll rarely see it

I do in the winter when I want to wear a dress or skirt and its cold out.  The nylong is actually a really good insulator.  During the summer, though, forget it.  I spend lots of time tanning nude so go out in my cute sundresses and short skirts with absolutely nothing on under them! :p

If it is business attire, yes.

If it is formal wear, yes.

If it is summer and you're wearing a dress: better to have tanned legs.

Absolutely not. Panty hose these days = lingerie, not something you would pair with a "real" outfit.

Yes they do.  Especially the ones that KNOW how to dress.  Bare legs are so tacky and unattractive.

I only wear them when I feel that I have to, like it will be cold or wearing a business skirt with shoes that I can't wear barefoot.

In the summertime and it's warm and we're tan, most of us do not.  In the winter, however, we almost always do when wearing a dress.
