Do fleas like woodchips?

Correct me if i'm wrong, but do fleas hate woodchips? or maybe its the other way around? All i know is my puppy has fleas and everytime they disappear , they come back. So im wondering if maybe my mouse has fleas , but there are woodchips in his cage.

I don't know if just any kind of wood chips will deter fleas, but I have read and talked to several people who use cedar chips that do keep fleas away.

these words are so cruel and unforgiving that it would most likely be illegal to translate them on yahoo but i will say that it is anti christ and is very hateful.
