Do height predictors work...?

i typed my details into a height predictor a couple of years ago (aged 13), my predicted height was 5ft 7".

2 years later and i am already 5ft 9" and am still growing. is this a unusual case or are prdictors unaccurate.

  3. Predictors are inaccurate.

    Do not worry at all.

    You are OK.

  4. They're inaccurate. Everybody is different, and there's no real way to really predict how tall you'll get.

    Your mother and father both may be 5'5", but you grow to be 6'3" because they had genes that weren't expressed in them, but were passed on to be expressed in you.

    If you're 15 and 5'9", you should probably expect to be around 6' or a little taller. That's a bit taller than average.
