Do i call after i apply?

Question

so i applyed at mcdonalds a day ago, and they lady never said if they would call me or not.

should i call, or wait for a call and how could i wait to expect a phone call?? and if i dont recieve one after so many days should i call them or re-apply or...??? :S

they are hiring people right now btw. if that makes any differenece
