Do i have a problem???????????

ok well i have stabbing/poking under my left breast sometimes randomaly, but it goes away so i dont worry to much about it but now its getting to me sometimes wen i take a deep breath i feel the poking stabbingg in my chest and hold my breath for a while and breath slowly and it goes away im only 13 and im scared ( im on my sisters account cause she wont let me make 1) please help? i also have sudden urges to take deep breathes a lot to catch up to my normal heart beat? what could it be?

This could be many different things. Call your regular doctors office, and ask for a nurse. Tell the nurse, and you will get a better answer, as they know you.

I have had this before, if it is the same as what mine was it is called Pleurisy aka Pleuritis. The way I described it to my doctor was it felt like a stab or like my "lung was sticking to my ribs, and popping back off" when I breathed and it hurt terribly to the point I was breathing shallowly and could not do much of anything. The doctor prescribed me some antibiotics and I got better. You need to get treated soon or it could lead to bleeding or fluid buildup between the lung and the pleural sac. that use to happen to me a lot too... it use to get to the point where i was literally holding my chest in pain.... im not really sure why it does it... im not sure if your pain is a sensation within your breast or chest... if its your breast maybe they are just growing,,, but if its your chest area... you should probably see a doctor... i never did... it stopped though... sometimes i do still get a sharp quick pain but its really nothing major

its probably normal twinges  as you are growing and a little anxiety leads you to tense up and over breathe. take care

the same thing happens to me sometimes

it could be hunger or just some sudden pain im not positive

you should go to the doctor if its that bad

I'm not too sure.... Maybe your b*****s are growing..? I'm your age, and i've not felt anything like that... I'm sorry, buy maybe you should talk to your mom and dad about it so they can take you to a doctor... I'm sorry...
