it is giving you a little bump, maybe you should choose a higher cut shirt to help camouflage your little tummy.

Yeah kinda, your tummy looks like it's suffocating. But you don't look fat fat, it just looks too tight on you. and your jeans cut into your hips.

a little thick but that is a cute outfit and it look good on you

but do you want some advice how to dress

never wear same type (example: tight pants and tight Shirt) try and even it out like if you are wearing a tight shirt never wear skinny jeans, try a flowey skirt, also if you are wearing tight pants wear a loose top, oh and wear dark wash jeans, those light wash drag attention to your hips

P.S. you are really pretty so you will never look HORBBLE in anything

the jeans are perfect but that top makes you look like you have no waist at all. it doesn't make you look fat, just shapeless..and i'm sure you have curves underneath that
