  1. You need an Ariel, will cost you about £70 fitted

  2. I havn't got one but have a goodmans hdmi enabled freeview box from amazon connected to a lcd screen also via hdmi( also got that from amazon) and the dvd is on the scart.

According to a tv engineer freind you do not need a 1080p tv as all broadcast will be on 1080i 50hz and you do not need a digi areil it all a con to make you spend more money.

1080p no visable difference from 1080i unless you are less than two feet away or have a tv more than 47 inch.

Plasma v LCD plazma cost three times more to run a year, and the salesman might say it has over 60 million colours again the human eye can only detect about half of that so again yes you are getting a better picture but will you see it?

The above goes for digi cam's above about 6m pixells.

  3. If your current aerial gives you a good digital picture then why go to the expense of changing it?

  4. Maybe I am wrong, but I thought BT Vision came down via broadband.
