They will certainly have religious celebrations at Christmas. Vigil masses during the night before and other services during the day. In all but the most strict orders, there will be a special meal - with wine in some cases - and some relaxation of silence rules. Monks do get Christmas presents and greeting cards from relatives and friends.

Yes, they do celebrate Easter Sunday and Christmas Day.
