When the cars were true stock cars...They came with them from the factory...The teams removed them when they prepped the car for racing...They also had door handles and bumpers...That was when they were stock cars...Now the are spec cars...Built to nascars specs...Nascar  says no to the wipers...

MAN jerks wont give you an answer without a dumb remark will they ..well to answer your question NO they do not and the reason why they would not run in the rain is because of the traction factor which can affect  the cars steering,but the reason why they dont is because it can get in they way of the drivers vision and plus when you stop to do a pit stop they wipe them real quick one window per stop
