Generally no, but I'm sure there are some that do or would if they could, like my father inlaw who eats battered fried fish eyes and says the tastiest part of a chicken is it's b*m.

People will eat ANYTHING, just like in Asia they eat Dog. I'm sure people eat roo testis but its not common practice nor seen on a menu.

No people do not eat Kagaroo testicles, well the aboriginies who were here before the britis ever came might, but im not sure.

Howevver we do eat kangaroo meat, its said to be extremely healthy as Kangaroos have alot of muscle from jumping around so much :-)
