Some do I know of a Golf Course that in Indiana that is open year round.

depends where u liv down south they do all the time but not as much in the suma b/c its so hot but up north they golf all the time in the suma but not so much in the winter

As long as condition allows, avid golfers play in almost any weather.  They even play up in Alaska using a piece of portable turf; they put the ball on the turf and hit from there.

Depends on how dedicated you are. I'll play in any kind of weather.

Depends on where you live. I live in Michigan, so it's extremely unusual if I can.

If you live in the south yes people do all the time. If you live up north you can't you usually can't go out on the course. There are some places that have indoor driving ranges that you can go to in the winter.
