Do those online roulette programs word?

I have been reading about the roulette programs that are suppose to calculate the best possible way for you to win etc etc etc. Is there any real logic behind these and if they offer you an advantage how much is it? Does it give you 50-50 or better against the casino? i have found a few programs like Roulette Killer, Roulette Sniper, Rouletter Raper, etc...

I'm also interested about these programs. I don't know if you can really make money, but you can try the Roulette Sniper for free (google it)... buy it if you like after 1 hour.
