do u know why people don't know how to act in a public place like a city bus

i saw a guy who was very drunk and throw up on the bus and bus driver hold the bus and all these people had to wait for the bus behind so he just waste everybody's time

or i saw a woman gets on the bus every day and start arguing with driver over a fare which is only one dollor and twenty five cents and she don't wanna pay it and she is holding the service and wasting other people's time that they wanna go to work. or they get on the bus and they have no idea where they want to go and they keep asking and harrasing other people , they could have just type the d**n address in a yahoo map before getting out of their house.

I hope you feel better now that you've vented, Mary :-)  The answer lies in their upbringing I think.  Some people were never taught to care about anyone but themselves.  

As far a sthe lady arguing about the fare, do you suppose  she thinks the driver has any control over it???

I call these people 'spoilers'.  They spoil nice things (like public transportation) for the rest of us.
