As a man, lips are one of the last things on my mind when surveying a woman.  If I spend a lot of time with her I might notice them, but I really don't have much of a preference.  They're not enough to make or break my impression of a woman's beauty.  It's funny you ask, it kind of reminds me of a friend of mine who one time told me "yeah, she's got some s**y calves."  Who checks out calves?  I guess some people.
