Do yahoo groups get full?

Question

Someone tried to send email to our group but they got a bounce back message from yahoo groups saying recipients inbox was full so the message cant be delivered. How do we fix this? Must we delete messages from the archive online?

No, this means that you must empty your mail inbox from old mail.

a while back there was goofy errors coming into in boxes- my question is, did the post go to the group? I'd go check to see if that member is bouncing- sounds like it could be the cause of such an error return. it also could be a server issue on their providers end than it being Yahoo.

I'd bet if you go count your monthly archives and come up with a total of the groups history, it wont top mine. never yet have I heard of archives ever being, well, too full :)

I'm pretty sure message archives on a Yahoo Group don't get full.  That's a strange error message to get.  I would have the member who got that error message contact Yahoo Groups Customer Care by filling out the form at http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/groups/... .  Ideally, this member has saved the error message, because an exact copy of it will help Yahoo Groups Customer Care figure out what's wrong.
