  1. I do not believe in government censorship.

    Many matters are decided by publication policy and codes of ethics, but not censorship.

    In matters of national security, governments are supposed to keep the secrets, and if the news media know of the information, one can reasonably assume foreign intelligence agencies also know -- so censorship would only keep the public from learning their government has failed on a national security issue and let the public down.


  2. Yes I do. I think that things promoting violence and cruelty should be censored. Things like beheading videos, car bomb

    victims and things like that should not be shown. Crude language and irresponsible behaviour even by presidents and

    governments should also not be allowed.

  3. Only during times of war, when national security could be compromised.
