Do you believe in jinn/majic?

Is it haram? Have you seen or had an experience with a jinn?

NO there is nothing such like that. I believe that there are jins in air.

Jinn means hidden and applies to a creation of ALLAH(SWT) which is hidden from the eyes.

The Qur'ãn say:

"And Jinn did He create of smokeless fire."

(The Beneficent-L V-14).

Among their kind there are good and bad ones.

4. from the mischief of the slinking whisperers (Satan and his workers)

5. who whisper into the hearts of people,

6. from among the jinn or from the mankind.

well...to get started...Jinn and magic do exist...unbelievably they do!

there is no other form in magic other than dark magic and Jinn do exist..same as demons..just so you know..if anyone sees a jinn they will end up dying from how scary it looks! no one can survive seeing one. you may experience sounds..noise..smells and feelings that there is a weird existence around. there is and if you watch the exorcism of emily rose...it say it all..it is based on a true story whereas jinns and demon go into people and what the effects may be.

My dear friend salam for you.Yes I do believe in jinn because it is stated in the Qur'an although I could not see it.Adam and Eve were dropped on this earth because they were tempted by bad jinn or satan or iblis.Jinns are so many here because they have long life.They will died when qiyamah occured.They will always try us to do bad doings.

I have no experience with jinn.But my wife some years ago saw an old jinn in the window.

Magic is making bad doing with the help of bad jinn.It is haram or not allowed by Allah.Someone who bilieves  in magic and ask for help to the witch doctor,he/she will get great sin of syirik.Allah will not forgive the sin of syrik.

yeah, i do. very much so indeed. if the Prophet (saw) was affected by some sort of magic, of which he recited nas and falaq, then there is little doubt that there is jinn. with my humble knowlegde i can safely say that magic is haram because it mostly involves transactions and requests for favours from other than God i.e monumental and spiritual. There are jinns. good and bad. experience wise, i really don't think so.Insha Allah, i stay protected. i think humans are easily affected by jinn. i never believed the experience bit, until i read a book by bilal philips which gave true life accounts. i wasn't there, but he's not a fraud. never mind the lumping style writing!
