  1. Yes

  2. Nope, I deal with my stresses productively

  3. never

  4. Yes, this is very normal.  Sometimes, when it is somehting that you can't control (a 1-yr-old sibling) crying is the best way to let it out, instead of yelling, hitting or being mean.  Be proud that you handled it better than that.  Next time, try to use that frustration & accomplish something... like work on a hobby, yoga, exercise, anything...

  5. nope!

  6. Im 26 and my younger siblings still make me cry from frustration, you poor thing your little bro or sis is only a year and buggin you just think about the years to come when they can walk and talk an break your stuff!  Prepare yourself now lol.  No it is frustrating sometimes and you want to rip your hair out, my youngest sister is 8 and the other is 10.. the 10 year old thought it was a good idea to rip the remote out of my hand and turn the channel, i took it back and got my arm clawed up by her, so i smacked her hand and she went screaming to my mom... im 25 and got yelled at!  lol seriously i feel like im a kid again when i go to my moms house so much sibling rivalry!  Good luck to you in the future, you have many great moments to come with the little one and many many crying pulling your hair out moments as well!

  7. It's always better to let your emotions out rather than keeping them bottled up inside.

  8. i do...your deff not alone. I am pregnant and moved out on my own but i grew up with 5 younger sisters, and a few step siblings in the mix. I would just close my eyes and count to 10 forward and backward as many times as it took..  music helps a lot to.. if you have an mp3 or ipod or something it helps...best of luck...you'll survive...i did...lol...
