Do you have any suggestions???

So i always get really bad cramps(during my period). What medicine do you recommend and that will work the fastest/longest?? Does Midol work because I have heard its not any different from Ibufrofen. Oh and i dont need you to say the heating pad or chocolate cause i just want medicine. Thanks!!!

i tried Midol before but it didn't work.

What works for me is Tylenol :]

I like Advil.  Midol often makes me feel odd...like I'm floating or something. lol...similar to the feeling you get when you take sinus medication.
