  1. you can irrigate your colon but not as frequent as you want because of what jen d said... its true and i agree to what she said...

if you are having a hard time pooping, then you can increase your oral fluid intake plus add some fiber in your diet so it can increase the bulk of your f***s... if still not effective, try taking laxatives like lactulose... but if it still persist, why don't you consult your doctor about it? sometime, irregular bowel movement is one sign of colon cancer...

hope i did answer your question... take care!

  2. No. I have a strict nothing up my backside policy.

    What ARE the benefits?

  3. I do not.

Colon-cleansing programs disrupt the balance of fluids and electrolytes, causing dehydration and salt depletion. Long-term or excessive cleansing programs can lead to problems such as anemia, malnutrition and heart failure.

Your colon is meant to have a natural balance, like every other part of your body.  If you feel it isn't functioning as it should, increase the amount of raw fibrous vegetables you consume, and drink plenty of filtered water.

  4. Absolutely not. The human body can clean itself inside. When you flush out beneficial bacteria, you completely upset the balance of health.
