Do you know a good diet ?

I'm looking to go on a diet for 2 weeks . I'm wanting to lose about a stone. do you know any diets(like a liquid diet or such) i don't want to have to buy any special products(just to use stuff any normal person would have at home )

it can be something you find that help you lose weight (like no dairy)

  1. go  wheat  free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7

    p.m.  People  achieve  marvellous  results  with it. Depending on your

    initial  weight,  you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If you don't eat  wheat  then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don't  eat  junk  food,  and  you don't eat biscuits. But your diet is

    still  balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points or to buy special meals or plans.


  2. There are many thousands of diet.  Have you heard of the "Eight Oranges a Day Diet"?  It is extremely efficient and works.

    Very easy.

    Day One = 8 oranges

    Day Two = normal food [ no extras ]

    Day 3 = 8 oranges

    Day 4 = normal food

    etc.

    So, it's alternate days.

    Good luck and you don't even have to think about what to eat on diet day, it's all orange.

    Keep it up until you've lost the stone thing.

    Just a small piece of advice about food.

    A bag of English fish n chips = 900 cals

    A pizza = 1200 cals

    Eat the fish n chips. . . . .well, once a week anyway.

  4. you cant lose a stone in 2 weeks,diets are for life!you will gain more weight once you stop dieting,so change your lifestyle for good,because its easier to lose weight rather than avoiding weight gain. Do cardio and toning exercises in moderation at least 5 days a week and calorie shift your meals healthily by eating 5 small healthy meals a day...avoid all junk food,fastfoods and sugary drinks...you may get active in dance,martial arts and sports...

  5. Hi, I've heard good things about the Flat Belly Diet on www.prevention.com.

    I use their health tracker in which you can put your daily food intake and the online program analyzes how much protein, fat and carbs you had. It helps me to eat healthy.

  6. Eat, proteins, fish, chicken, turkey, salmon, tuna, eggs, fiber, and drink 8 glasses water daily, workout for 30 min. daily...no bread...I did that and by the fourth day I lost 7 lbs...good luck..
