  1. The world bank doesn't directly help individual families. If you have a computer, then sell it to feed your family. If you are paying for Internet access at a cafe, then stop and put that money towards your family.

  3. I am sorry to say that the World Bank does not help individual families. Rather, it's like the IMF (International Monetary Fund) which directly gives money to a country in order to boost their economy or help with rebuilding.
