Do you know this fish! Please?

Question

I have a picture of a fish when I was researching the maldives but can't find the picture again too find out what fish it was. The picture only shows the face of the fish. It is dull p**p brown, large greenish eyes with thin stripes going just between them kind of redish brown, big lips with vibrant red and light blue stripes kind of circling them. the eyes are fairly high above the mouth. the fins seen on either side are almost just like a bunch of sticks next to each other fraying out at the ends. they are red. I desperately want to know what this is please help.
