Do you like Death Note? [anime]?

I just finished watching the last episode. I'm amazed. I didnt really like the last espiode, it was depressing, but it made sence. Overall I thought Death Note was great!!

I didn't watch all of it, but from what I saw I didn't like it. The plot was about a kid with a journal that when written in could kill people. So he kills criminals, and anyone who figures out who he is, or that he thinks has figured out who he is. Finally, whenever he hid his Death Note, I saw that when someone found a journal that looks like it poof, out of nowhere he goes into a long detail of how he hid the real Death Note and that one is a fake.

I liked the show but there is 2 others I like best

I also thought it was great~ one of the most original I had seen. I'll admit I cried when I saw the last episode~ You should definitely check out Monster~ it's another great series that's filled with mystery and will have you thinking even after the final episode~

The last episode was sad though ( i got really teary and almost cried =p)

To be honest I never liked anime. But then I heard about Death Note and people saying it was awesome. So I watched it. Yes, definitely depressing. There were some funny moments but generally it was kind of depressing since the story was dealing with issues of life and death.

I like the fact that the episodes made me think. And I really admire Light and L's intelligence. They were both very smart. No, beyond smart actually. Anyway, the ending was sad because they both died. L could have lived but of course, Light wanted him out of the way.

The saddest I feel is for Light. He started out with good intentions but along the way became kind of evil (depends on how you see it). He would do anything to save himself. Plus, he died at such a young age. Such a great guy- with brains, good looks and he could've been living a  happy life, had he not been controlled by the notebook.

But I did love Death Note.

Yes, I did. I was sad when I saw the ending. But it was a pretty good show.
