He is pretty talented for sure.  Do I like him.....ya know sometimes yes and sometimes no.  Depends on his mood.  When he first started I liked him a lot then he just got to cocky for me.  Still sometimes he can make me laugh.  Then at others I cross my fingers and hope for an engine failure.

For some reason this year he has had a little attitude,  and he dosn't do interviews very well. He is trying to act like Kyle Busch and that is not him, he cannot pull that off.  He needs to go back to his oldself.  He is a talented driver, but needs to keep his m,outh shut at times.

since kyle moved over to jgr i started liking both tony and denny more, as i got to learn more about them.  but it didn't take long for me to figure out that although both tony and denny are great drivers, only tony's a great man.  denny's got some growing up to do (moreso than kyle) in that he hasn't "found himself" as a racer or a race personality.  he seems to be wanting to be a "bad boy" now that kyle and tony are, but he just doesn't pull it off well.  i liked him better when he was just denny - a kid who practiced for upcoming races simply by playing video games using the upcoming tracks.

During his rookie season I liked him, but then after that I think he became very cocky and arrogant because his rookie season was so good.  It's like now he thinks he should be winning all the time and when he doesn't he pouts like a baby.  There are other drivers who used to do really well and haven't been doing that great like Kasey Kahne or Dale Jr. and you don't hear them whining like Denny Hamlin does.

He does some pretty dumb things every once in a while, but he's a darn good racer.

I don't mind him he's a good driver. But, I was upset when he started to get a flat tire (a few weeks ago) and decided to keep driving. This, I know, is not that big of a deal. But he should not have stopped in the middle of the track.

Good driver, lots of talent. I'm not real excited about the way he handled the incident with Keselowski. He really showed his immaturity there.

He is one of my favorite drivers too! I have liked him since 2006. You are right he does have a lot of talent. What he was able to do his rookie season was AMAZING. 2 wins and finishing 3rd in the points! You don't see a lot of rookies that can pull that off these days!

Sorry no.  I was behind a family of Denny Hamlin fans at Dover and I booed him.  We all was dissappointed after the wreck though. (Jr fan)

I liked him until I saw the story about what happened last week at the Nationwide Series Race.  He was new not that long ago and needs to watch what he's doing.  I do agree that he's very talented.

I liked him early in his career when Dale Jr was endorsing him, but his sense of entitlement (must be an employment application requirement at JGR) has turned me off on him.  

Whether him and Jr are still good friends or not...

Nope, sorry, I don't. He just misses the mark for me on being an adult. Not that he's alone in that you understand. But some of his remarks and actions seem very childish.

I like Denny although he's not in my top 5  but he is my daughter's #1 guy =:)  She loves him attitude and all!! and I think he's a good driver just not my fave!!

Yes...he is in my top five.  I would say 3 or 4. Sometimes #1 depending on if he gets Kesolowski crying again.

I am not a fan of Kyle or Tony but I have always sort of liked Denny.  I know he's not the popular driver right now but he is every bit as good of a driver as his teammates.  I think when it's all said and done that Denny will end up with the championships and longevity that I don't see Shrub and Smoke getting.  If not for some bad breaks and poor racing luck he would have 3 wins (fuel pickup problem at Bristol and cut tire at Richmond) already.  He has led a ton of laps and seems to run up front a lot.  Denny is already one of the best flat track drivers there is in the cup series and he seems to do well on the high banks also.  He is a very complete driver that just needs to mature a little more.
