Both, but I dont' eat KFC that often as it's very unhealthy (but d**n, it's good!!!). Chinese but only if it's not that big buffet, crappy chinese food that  you can buy a huge pile of for only 5 bucks or something.

Chinese - although I like making my own chinese food.  It is really inexpensive  and I don't use the msg.  KFC is okay, but I like my fried chicken better.  The KFC in our area has been fined by the FDA inspectors.  Not a good sign..  This is why I cook myself.

i prefer chinese, but what i hate about it, is you get hungry an hour later, maybe i should have a chicken breast from KFC before i eat chinese, that way i will be full, and wont have to eat again in an hour:)

I perfer Chinese bcuz KFC is nothin but oil and oil that they keep reusing over and over again. Chinese is always fresh cuz they make it as soon as u order. Where as KFC has made from hours and hours ago.
