Ohh yeah!

Toast, marmite, cheese on top - under the grill. Sprinkle parsley on top and hey presto!

Thick slice of bread or ciabatta - toasted on outside. Spread marmite on untoasted side,  add sliced or chopped tomatoes on top, add cheese, sprinkle with mixed herbs. Then toast or put in oven for five minutes.

Alternatively, leave out cheese and add hot baked beans - delicious!

Marmite also makes a great stock for sauces or cooking rice in.

Just don't over-do it so it's not tooo salty.

I love marmite!
