and yes ethan and jenna are twins and lee and elizabeth is my husbands and i middle names

The only one I don't love is Megan Caroline. It's a nice name, but her middle name doesn't flow well as a middle name. BUT that's ok, because middle names don't really come up that often.

It'd be cool if your twins' middle names were the same name (a gender neutral name like Taylor), but that's your choice, I'm just throwing out ideas

They are nice names on their own but they dont flow well like some names do eg: Christie Leigh, Sandra Elizabeth, Anna Louise....

I like Ethan Lee though. Just my opinion. All the best!
