i posted a question earlier...i asked if y'all like the name rockabelle...

and i got almost all negative answers..

so i decided that i like the name roxybelle...its a twist on rockabelle, and i was wondering if y'all like this name?

I don&#039;t care for it. But its your baby, so name her whatever you want!!! I named my kids what I wanted and did not care what people thought. :)

I actually do like Roxybelle Axelle. It could be Roxy for short and that&#039;s super cute. She will probably be a total rocker chick, but nothings wrong with that!! hah But ya I like it. And don&#039;t listen to the negatives, hey it&#039;s your decision right?

side note:::: why is everyone being so d**n vicious, who cares if the asker is a &quot;punk rock chick&quot; why would that matter. And I&#039;m sure the kid could get a job, the name doesn&#039;t mean a thing........

Okay I really like the name Rockabelle. I think that&#039;s very creative and fun. And if she doesn&#039;t like to be called Rock as a nickname, there&#039;s always Belle.

RoXYbelle however, I do not like. Roxy alone is fine, but putting it with belle just sounds funny when you say it aloud.

I&#039;d go with Rockabelle Axelle. Also, Roxybelle Axelle is too many &quot;x&quot;s making it sound even weirder.

It is okay for a nick name, but when she grows up how is anyone ever going to take her seriously? I can not imagine a Dr. Roxybelle, but I can imagine a stripper with that name. Think about what you are doing to your child&#039;s future. You might not think so, but it will influence who she becomes.

Yeah it sounds really different, yet not too extreme. Most people take the individuality to the highest but this is in between. Hopefully she likes her name.

When naming your child, you have to keep her future in mind.  Think of bullies, teachers, and potential employers when making your decision.  Dylan is nice....Roxybelle sounds like a cartoon.

Maybe you should seriously consider dropping the belle part. It either sounds like dingle bell or something to do with a cow.

No, are you like a punk rock  type of girl or something? Why not give your daughter a name that is nice and girly. Not to mention a name that when she gets older and applies for a job people arent going to look at it and wonder what the h**l??? A lot of employers base their first look at an application on the name. Just so you know.
