not many people own a computer live in the ghetto but i can give you a explanation of my old friend who lived in the ghetto, he was just hanging out with his brother on the block of the ghetto at dinner time ( this day was his birthday) and he unfortanutely got mugged and then shot. i'd rather live in the safe streets of a city then in the ghetto

well, my neighborhood is mixed. I can literally look out one window and see the ghetto and then look out the window on the other side of my house and see million dollar homes.

The one thing I hate about the ghetto is just the ignorance displayed by the youth that live there. They hang about all hours of the night, yell obscenities when I drive past, fight, sell drugs, and there have been a few arrests (thank God) It makes me sick to think of all the special programs that are made to help these people out but they choose a bad life instead.

not really considered the ghetto where i am from, thank god were not on welfare & stuff. but i live like 4  blocks away from the projects in coney isle brooklyn, & its horrible. gotta wtahc your back everyday especially on your way to school. everythings gangrelated, and its either bang or get banged on.

No, past tense, I grew up there and It was horrible. I can easily remember police chasing people through my yard. My mom worked extra hard to ensure that we were able to buy  a better house in a better neighborhood, she still owns the house and my G pa lives there. Seeing all of this motivated me to better myself  by going to school and promising myself never to be back there again.
