i do!and what are like the, I guess, "qualifications" of an ice skater?

I love skating. I practice a lot those are the only qualifications requiers, and the rest will fall into place

I have a passion for figure skating

so yes i do love figure skating

there really aren't any specific "qualifications" for just anything

for stuff like competitions then yes, but on a regular basis just bring your talent and determination

I agree, practice and determination. You have to not get discouraged easily when a maneuver doesn't come easy to you and you just have to keep trying until you get it right. And when you finally do, it's the best feeling in the world!

YES!! I don't know what you really mean by qualifications haha but you really have to love the sport to stay with it and you have to have patience and determination

1) don't miss practices!

2) don't get too stressed/ mad if you can't land a jump or do a spin right away

3) it takes guts!, you can't be a chicken about trying new things

4) (cheesie, I know, but) have fun!! :)

5) If you want to be a professional, you have to make a choise that skating is your life

I do though I don't get to go as often as I'd like to. Usually about once a fortnignt. Its hard to get sorted with proper lessons, so far everything  I've learned has been through watching other people or from books.
