Not necessarily everyday (though I know I should, to avoid intestinal auto-intoxication).  Three to five times a week.

As to your second question: depends on what I've eaten or how long it took to get out!

If you eat like a pound of fruit salad every day, you will... :) Just don't eat it right before you go on a 4 mile run. Beleive me, I know from experience, it won't end well!

no. i normally take a c**p every other day. sometimes

it can be every 2 days. and i have no idea why.

its not like i'm holding it in or anything i just don't

have to go for some reason. i have rarely taken a c**p twice

I don't. I don't know why, but I just don't have to everyday. I'd say every other day, though... depending on how much I eat and exercise.

i don't... for some people its normal. its just how their body works. maybe try a laxative...but in a pretty small dose. the have chocolate laxatives. but just to make sure you don't have any internal problems ask your doctor.

i usually do, but recently (since april or may) i havent gone yet. ive been trying hard. i even drink 2 gallons of laxatives every day, but no dice. oh well. i learned the hard way.

You should go every day if not you are not getting enough fibre in your diet and your chances for colon cancer and other illnesses are significantly higher...you should try to get more fibre in your diet...

Not a stupid question. Usually I do, but it depends on my diet. This may be TMI but oh well, you asked. If I eat cheese/excessive amounts of dairy I p**p quite a bit, but it constipates some people so it really just depends. Not pooping for a day or two is not bad or out of the norm.

Everybody is different but sometimes I won't for a day or two and sometimes I'll go twice a day in small amounts etc.

I wouldn't get too stressed unless it's bloody or takes an extended time as long as 3-4 days.

I don't, maybe every 2-3 days...but I have a poor diet, I hate water and I'm a bit underweight so...that's normal to me, and it has been since I was little, lol.  On the other hand, my husband goes 2-3 times a day, lol...but he takes a lot of dietary supplements and works out a lot.

It all depends on your food intake. If you don't consume that much, then you won't need to go to the bathroom as often. Normally, you should go once a day.
