Do you regret your college major?

Yes/No? Why? What was it?

I'm with crackle (biology major no good jobs) so I'm going back in Sept. and almost having to start from the beginning to get a decent graduate degree.

kinda wish I would have gone into nursing instead of Biology. Then I could get a job, haha!

I have changed my Major I think 3 times...lol..I starting to become a vet intern and then went to a bus major and now I am still kinda studying under bus but I am on an education side of it more, Political science with 5 cirts under me when I graduate, I am going to be a guidance counselor in a high school. I can not wait to make a difference and help students with things that they can not go to there parents for. I have been though a lot thought out high school and I never had someone that I knew I could talk to and feel safe with and that is what I hope to achieve when I start a position. Getting to know the students on a personal level is so important to me and I want to help or at least point in the right direction.

I might have done it differently (anthropology, now work in corporate real estate) but no regrets.  Any education is better than none and we are better adjusted and more interesting if we get a liberal education and don't go immediately into an area of specialization.  Mind you, my parents paid for my undergraduate degree so it's easy to say this.
