I certainly think he is! He has a certain boyish charm and awkwardness that makes him so cute! Anyway, my country's papers had a quote section on him. Phelps revealed that he had like 80 text messages a day including one from his friend who said "Dude, how many times a day do I have to see your ugly face?"... I think he was a good sense of humour , a quality that makes a man charming.
