Do you think that people in New York City wiil make a difference on the way subway transportation run as Nyc expands ??

This is for a school survay please answer honestly...thanks!

I dont live in your part of the world so I can only answer in generalities.

But Yes I do think so, subways exist to provide people transportation to, from, and through highly populated urban areas.

As a city expands, the needs of the people change and the subway will have to adapt to meet these changing needs.

Yes.  The Port Authority has a mandate to adjust traffic to meet passenger demand in the most efficient way possible at all times.
