Juan Pablo Montoya would be a more succesfull with a better team, like JGR, Hendrick, RCR, or Evernham. I know most people think he's wreckless and im not a fan of his, but i think he might have more talent than what people think. and if he were to hook up with a better team he would show that talent.

I don't think Juan Pablo could get along with any other owners.  Juan and Chip have been a proven combination in open wheel, so they know each other's attitude.  I doubt Rick Hendrick, Jack Roush, or Ray Evernham would put up with such a brash driver for very long.

I think that team sports constrain the apptitude of the athletes.  Talent is part nature and part nurture, and it is hard to nurture talent when you can lean on your teammates.  The only serious way to be all that you can be is to work alone, without anyone else there to cover you when you mess up.

I would say yes but given the dyno test results from Michigan I guess those Dodges have more horsepower than I gave them credit for. It's in place now so he can win but hes not

what talent ????? all he does is let his emtions get the best of him..it doesnt matter where he is he's not going to be successful until he learns how to give and take and maybe earn some respect from the other drivers

Yes, he would do a lot better with a better team. A team that has a dedicated staff.

He would probably be better off on a different team but I don't like him very much and I don't want him on HMS! (sorry just my opinion) but I think that maybe he should of stayed with what he knows best that being F1

Oh yes, if he were in better equipment oh yeah. Remember Ganassi has all sorts of issues this yr swapping crew chiefs all over the place. Juan had a better season last yr. This yr has just sucked. I think Chip needs to spend more time getting his cup team together like his IRL and DP cars they have all run awesome this yr.. I'd say if Juan was at HMS or RCR, JGR he'd probably be in the chase. His attitude has changed and Juan has gotten better, its just his ride has hit rock bottom.

I would have to say yes . He can drive and his attitude has been changing to the good. I think Chip has a lot of problems that he needs to deal with.

NO.  JPM doesn't need to be coming over to JGR.    

He probably would be better off back in F1. maybe he came to NASCAR just for the challenge and it's more exciting but the only thing he had done so far was win one race (or maybe two...but i think one) by wrecking his teammate and ticking off a lot of drivers (and their unforgiving fans).
